Capsules containing 300mg of water soluble fibre from the rind membranes and juice sacs of grapefruit. Soluble fibre may help reduce calorie intake by promoting a feeling of "fullness" and slowing down the rate of absorption of sugars reducing cravings caused by low blood glucose. May be used as part of a reduced-calorie diet for weight loss.
As part of a nutritionally balanced diet Grapefruit Pectin Fibre may help to maintain normal cholesterol levels. Adequate levels of dietary fibre in the diet help to maintain regularity.
Grapefruit Pectin Fibre is not thought to affect the absorption of dietary Calcium.
DIRECTIONS
Take three capsules a day with food.
