Garcinia cambogia is made from the rind of the Malabar Tamarind, a fruit used in India for centuries as a remedy and as a spice. The rind is rich in hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is stabilised with Calcium.
Garcinia cambogia works by inhibiting the synthesis of fatty acids in the liver and promotes an increased availability of Glycogen, sending a ‘full’ signal to the brain. Garcinia cambogia extract with an hydroxycitric acid (HCA) content of between 50 – 55%. Chromium picolinate is important in the body to regulate blood sugar levels. It may have an effect as an appetite suppressant.
Garcinia cambogia may be chosen as a food supplement by slimmers and those on a calorie controlled diet.
Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before food, twice a day.
